Constance Hart, Founder & Visionary behind
Conscious Colors, is
an internationally-recognized, certified color therapist, instructor
and consultant with over 22 years teaching experience. A visionary in
the field of Color Psychology,
Constance is
a Color Intuitive specializing in color energy healing utilizing color
sound healing and color aromatherapy. She is
the
pioneer of color aromatherapy in the United States, and deveopled the
Color Aromas™ line which uniquely combines color therapy and
aromatherapy. She certifies teachers, and energy practitioners
in 1) Chakra Restorative Yoga™ 2) Color Energy Healing
and 3) Color Aromas Therapy. She has lectured worldwide and has
regularly taught workshops/programs at well-known centers
including Esalen, Sycamore Mineral Springs, White Lotus Foundation,
Mount Madonna Center, Harbin Hot Springs and others. She
offers transformational metaphysical healing sessions, as well as phone
readings and consultations.
Constance is in high demand as a spokesperson/expert on color therapy, energy healing and color aromatherapy. She has assisted nationwide companies including Homedics (launching their Color Cube product) and Philosophy (expert aromatherapist in infomercial) and has done color psychology design for various executive offices/businesses/storefronts includingWarner Brothers Records, Nature's Secret, Disney, Alaine's Vegan Bakery, Fred Sands Realty, QuPeople and more. Other clients include actors Tracee Ross and Enrico Colantoni and Cal Poly University. Constance has appeared in numerous magazines, as well as on radio and television. Constance is a sought after writer for editorial content and radio interviews on the subjects of color therapy, color sound healing and aromatherapy. She is a frequent guest on the Dave Congalton radio show and has been a popular guest on many internet shows. She is one of the authors of the book From Inspiration to Realization II, has written for LA Yoga and SPA magazines, as well as written 2 columns on color energy healing.
Constance is passionate about offering a doorway to the infinite joys of the Universe through the power and efficacy of color energy healing. She is a classically-trained musician and fuses her musical background to the understanding of color harmonics, thus creating Color Sound Healing with tuning forks as part of the Conscious Colors modality. Constance adores inspiring others to find their true inner light by offering various private sessions, classes, and courses. "I am especially interested in helping others who help others." In 1999 she developed and launched the Chakra Restorative Yoga™ program which she taught weekly in Los Angeles, California and then later the Central Coast. Constance now trains yoga instructors in this innovative yoga program which includes meditation, visualization, color sound healing and color energy aromatherapy. She jokes about being "thankful that she didn't have a nose job," because her intuition is highly attuned to her sense of smell, which, of course, was responsible for channeling the Color Aromas line.
Constance is a shamaness-spirited yogini with a passion for nature and its healing gifts. She relies on energy medicine to stay healthy at 46 years young. Her extensive life experience includes successful careers in dance/fitness, music (she's a published songwriter & flute player), the salon industry, business management, and interior decorating/feng shui- all of which have informed her understanding of human psychology and color energy healing. Constance lives half-time on the beautiful Central Coast of California and half-time at Harbin Hot Springs, which she considers her "spiritual home." In her spare time you will find her hiking, taking in the sun's rays, breathing fresh air, playing her flute, enjoying yoga, dancing, soaking in luscious warm mineral waters, and communing with all things light and colorful!
