Initially I met Constance at a "celebration of Spring" seminar that she helped organize for the community. That event marked the first of many self-empowering gifts she continues to provide. Every month I look forward to attending both the Sacred Woman's Circle as well as the Co-ed Sacred Healing Circle. Both are offered to encourage, nourish, and promote spiritual self-growth.

As facilitator, Constance employs positive guidance equally to all workshop participants. Personally, she gives me encouragement to explore my inner strengths while creating an accepting and harmonious environment. These workshops create a personal awareness and appreciation for my connection to others. During a recent day retreat, Constance provided a kind, gentle and informative atmosphere. I always leave the Full Moon Sacred Circle feeling refreshed and eager to meet the world.  I have attended twice and both times I came out of it with a new sense of tranquility.  I used to observe the full moon from a completely different mindset.  I usually only took note of the way some animals and human  beings seemed agitated with the coming of the full moon. I might have been that way myself in the past.  Now I look at it differently. Now I feel like I can harness some of the full moon's energy for good vibes and renewal of spirit.
